<p></p><p>Pistachio prices rose by <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow">`</a> 5 per kg in the national capital today following increased buying by retailers and stockists amidst fall in supplies from overseas markets. Prices of pistachio hairati and peshwari rose by ` 5 each to conclude at ` 1,380-1,450 and ` 1,500-1,530 per kg, respectively. <br></p> <p>Marketmen said increased offtake by retailers and stockists amid restricted supplies from overseas markets, mainly pushed up pistachio prices at the dry fruit market here. <br></p> <p>Following are today's quotations (per 40 kgs): <br></p> <p>Almond (California) ` 22,300, Almond (Gurbandi-new) ` 8,300-8,400; Almond (Girdhi) ` 6,200-6,400; Abjosh Afghani ` 15,000-25,000. Almond Kernel (California-new) ` 770-790 per kg, Almond Kernel (Gurbandi-new) ` 650-750 per kg.<br></p><p></p>
