"The construction of this industrial site is in line with the efforts to structure and promote the sector", underlined Adama Koné, economic operator. “The establishment of this factory in Toumodi is a boon for the local populations, in that it helps to reduce the unemployment rate. It also makes it possible to bring cashew producers in this region closer to the processing unit,†adds Konan Koffi Pascal, manager of the region. This industrial unit with international standards contains an ultra-modern city, which is equipped with a crèche, a place of prayer, an infirmary, a restaurant, dormitories, a training center, etc. 1,020 people are employed in this factory which contributes to the improvement of the living conditions of the populations by creating more income for the farmers, more jobs and more wealth for the country.
