"The Abidjan Initiative or Abidjan Legacy Program is a program for sustainable development and transformation of the agri-food system in Côte d'Ivoire, so that it is more sustainable, so that it brings more creation of jobs, helping people to get out of poverty and giving more value to certain production sectors, in particular the cocoa sector, the cashew nut sector and other sectors,†said Maria Helena Semedo. In the amount of 1.5 billion dollars spread over a period of five years.
