<p></p><p>Brazilian cashew processors have adequate inventory stock for the next 3-4 months and they have to start imports from April onwards. India and Vietnam are now facing raw cashew shortage on lack of interest in imports. Almost all Indian processors have enough export commitments till the end of FY2011-12. And because of the huge forward premium, most of them have booked Dollar till June-end, around Rs54-55/Dollar. </p> <p>In order to fulfill their profitable export contracts and Dollar bookings, they now need kernel supply from other small factories. If these factories stop raw cashew imports or stop purchases from import re-sellers, a part of their export contracts will have to be postponed. Too much downfall is always too bad – ‘ London Olympics Season is approaching’.<br></p><p></p>
