<p>On the morning of 10/05/2017, the Vietnam Cashew Association (VINACAS) held a seminar entitled "Consultancy to support the export of cashew nut into the US market" with the participation of a large number of chief executives. Director, director of production and quality officers of large enterprises in the cashew sector of Vietnam.The seminar was attended by speakers: Rupesh Modi is an American food safety expert at Red River Foods, Robert Hoeve - Director of Red River Foods in Vietnam, Mr. Dang Anh Tuan - Expert Control Union and some other experts.</p> <p>At present, the export of cashew nuts to the US market is increasing rapidly and the US market is a key export market of Vietnam (accounting for over 30% of export market share) with export criteria. Is rigorous with the US Food Stewardship Modernization Act (FSMA) under the strict control of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).Along with the presentation of his speech, the views on the positive aspects of the export of cashew kernel into the US market. In addition, the speakers also analyzed the shortcomings of Vietnamese enterprises on the export of cashew kernel into the US market and proposed some solutions to help stabilize the quality of cashew nuts help businesses grasp.
