<p></p><p>Beninoise Ministry of trade joint with Ministry of Agriculture has signed one degree during the week and next time all cashew exporters will need to get an special cashew export license authorization before export, and some $15 to $20USD per ton will be pay by exporters to gov as tax, but this documents signed by the two ministers has not accept by exporters for two reason: <br></p> <p>1- the documents suppose to be sign by four ministers Trade, Agriculture, Finance and Security ministers.</p> <p>2- the degree document don't suppose to be applicable for this season 2016 normally it is for next year 2017. This is reason of claims of exporters.<br></p><p></p>
