In truth, today's cashew business involves so many nations that it poses vast challenges for the trade.</p> <p>Most of India's processing is sited in and around Kollam: historically, in Goa and Mangalore. In the last 10 to 12 years, the industry in India has spread. India processes cashews now all around the west coast from Mumbai down to Kerala and on the east coast from Tamil Nadu to Orissa. Kollam is not as important as it was, but still holds sway. </p><p> </p><br><p></p>
