  • Cashew: Impact of the Weakening Dollar

    <p></p><p>Whenever the US Dollar drops, exporters move towards other countries to cover sudden Forex losses. As far as cashew kernel is concerned, there is now no over- production nor over-supply.</p> <p>South Korea, South Africa,Turkey, Iran, Egypt as well as all the gulf countries are trying on large-scale forward contracts from India and the Chinese or Indian demand has stabilized the Vietnamese pieces market. </p><p>Preliminary crop estimates for the Brazilian harvest are disappointing. </p><p>If the American buyers want more imports, they have to compete with the emerging markets with competitive offers. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p></p>
